By accessing or using the ShipAI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

ShipAI is a medical information platform that provides:
- Personal health record management (Medical Card)
- Medication search and pharmacy availability database
- Interactive human anatomy 3D viewer
- AI-powered medical information assistant
- User authentication and profile management

3. USER ACCOUNTS

3.1 You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.3 You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3.4 One person may only maintain one account.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:
- Provide false or misleading personal or medical information
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Attempt to reverse engineer any part of the platform
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

5. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

5.1 ShipAI provides medical INFORMATION only and is NOT a medical service.
5.2 Content on ShipAI should NOT be considered medical advice.
5.3 Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions.
5.4 The AI Assistant provides general information based on medical protocols and databases. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical consultation.
5.5 In case of a medical emergency, call emergency services (103 in Kazakhstan) immediately.

6. PHARMACY INFORMATION

6.1 Medication availability and pricing data is provided for informational purposes only.
6.2 Actual availability and prices may vary. Verify with the pharmacy directly.
6.3 ShipAI does not sell medications and is not a pharmacy.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 The ShipAI platform, including its design, code, and content, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
7.2 3D anatomy models are used under their respective licenses.
7.3 You may not reproduce or distribute platform content without permission.

8. DATA AND PRIVACY

Your use of ShipAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 ShipAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9.2 We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform.
9.3 We are not responsible for medical decisions made based on information from our platform.

10. TERMINATION

10.2 You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
10.3 Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
